Croatian exhibits.
ZAGREB, April 14 (Hina) - At the 31st Geneva Salon of inventions,
new ideas and technologies, one of the four biggest and most
important world exhibitions of the kind, an international jury
awarded for the first time in nine years all Croatian exhibits. #L#
The event, which took place from April 9 though 13, was attended by
21 Croatians who presented 22 inventions.
Tedy Popovac received the Salon's gold medal for his counter-
rotation ship propellers, as did Vinko Rogina for his electronic
conversion starter "Krijesnica".
Croatian inventors also won five silver and 15 bronze medals, said
Zoran Barisic, the secretary of the Croatian Society of Technical
Culture's Committee on Inventions.
