The indictment alleges that in revenge for the death of their
comrade, Ivankovic and Viteskic killed 19 ethnic Serbs in Paulin
Dvor on 11 December 1991.
"Coming near the house of Andrija Bukvic in Glavna Ulica 52, and
knowing that there were several civilians of Serb origin, they
entered the house, started firing at civilians, threw hand grenades
at them and thus killed 19 civilians," the indictment reads.
Both indictees were taken to the detention centre of the Osijek
County Court on 14 September last year, and they are likely to
remain in custody.
