representatives of the Austrian chamber of foreign trade in Zagreb, on Friday
visited the biggest Croatian coastal city, Split, where it held talks with
Dalmatian businessmen on the enhancing of bilateral cooperation.Chamber official Sonja Holocher-Erh spoke about the change in trends in
the trade between Croatia and Austria this year. Croatian exports to Austria
increased by 60 percent, while imports grew 27 percent.
Trade between the two countries in the first eight months of this year
came to 1.25 billion US dollars, with Croatia's exports accounting for $500
million.
