in Belgrade and Serbia does not want to give up Kosovo easily, the head of the
ad hoc delegation of the European Parliament in charge of Kosovo elections,
Doris Pack, said in an interview for Belgrade's daily Vecernje Novosti of

decentralisation and the autonomy of the local authorities in mostly
Serb-populated municipalities should be basic documents for any efforts aimed
at solving the issue of Kosovo.
