ZAGREB, Sept 27 (Hina) - The chairman of the European Film AcademyCouncil, Humbert Balsan, informed Croatian director Zrinko Ogresta onMonday that he became a member of this respectable film organisation.
ZAGREB, Sept 27 (Hina) - The chairman of the European Film Academy Council, Humbert Balsan, informed Croatian director Zrinko Ogresta on Monday that he became a member of this respectable film organisation.

Ogresta will join the so-called master class, a department for expert lectures by European directors in the world and the promotion of the activities of the European cinematography. Ogresta will also take part in voting on European annual film awards.

Members of the Berlin-based academy which was founded in 1989 under the leadership of director Ingmar Berman, are eminent European directors.

The Academy is chaired by German director Wim Wenders.
