Secretary General of the BulgarianInterior Ministry, Boyko Borissov, to Zagreb on Wednesday.
ZAGREB, Sept 8 (Hina) - The Croatian and Bulgarian police forces have
agreed to cooperate in the exchange of information and struggle against
organised crime, the Croatian Interior Ministry sai din a statement after the
visit by Secretary General of the Bulgarian Interior Ministry, Boyko Borissov,
to Zagreb on Wednesday.According to the statement, the Bulgarian official also held brief talks
with Croatian Interior Minister Marijan Mlinaric and deputy police chief Jakob
Bukvic.
The Bulgarian media and police in Sofia reported last weekend that the
Bulgarian police were searching for 12 Croatian citizens suspected of five
murders. The number of suspected Croatian citizens dropped to three yesterday
and according to sources in the Croatian Interior Ministry Borissov confirmed
that today.
