LJUBLJANA, Aug 9 (Hina) - A new meeting of the Croatian-Slovene
commission for border area cooperation about incidents at sea does not look
likely in the short term, Slovenia's Foreign Ministry told the STA news agency
on Monday.
The ministry has no information either about a meeting between the two
countries' foreign ministers, about which Croatian print media reported quoting
unofficial sources
According to Slovene media, last week's meeting of the Croatian-Slovene
commission for border area cooperation failed after the Slovene side refused to
extend fishermen's code of conduct in the northern Adriatic sea border area on
condition that Slovenia's police boats should not cross a demarcation line
cutting through the middle of Piran Bay.
