A moderator of the discussion, Slako Jelcic, said that contribution of
Bosnian Croats to the Croatian culture was deliberately neglected or
manipulated.
Writer Ivan Lovrenovic said the status of Croats in Bosnia-Herzegovina
was worse than ever, urging Croats in that country to come in terms
with reality and begin count on their own strength.
He also warned that counting on Croatia did not contribute to the
development of the political subjectivity of Bosnian Croats, and added
that every political project which was planned in Croatia for Croats
in Bosnia-Herzegovina in the past 15 years failed.
Historian Ivo Banac believes that ideas on which relations of Croatia
towards Bosnia were based were outdated. He also criticised Zagreb's
politics in the past 15 years.
