The lunch was also attended by Transport and Development Minister
Bozidar Kalmeta, Defence Minister Berislav Roncevic and Armed Forces
Chief of Staff Josip Lucic.
It was agreed that a new passenger terminal would be built on a piece
of state-owned land now used by the Defence Ministry, which would make
the whole project cheaper by about 40 million euros, Kalmeta told
reporters.
Also discussed was the process of modernisation of the Armed Forces.
"We have recapped what has been done and concluded that the reform is
on the right track," Roncevic said.
