The bill was submitted to parliament for adoption under urgent
procedure, after the Constitutional Court annulled it last year for
procedural reasons.
Responding to MPs' objections, the State Secretary at the Culture
Ministry, Jadran Antolovic, said, among other things, that the
proposed regulation on market concentration did not restrict the
development of entrepreneurship but prevented situations in which "the
big eat the small".
The bill will be discussed in parliament tomorrow.
