THE HAGUE/ ZAGREB, March 31 (Hina) - The UN war crimes tribunal for the former Yugoslavia has discontinued proceedings against the editor-in-chief of Podgorica's Dan paper, Dusko Jovanovic, after the prosecution requested dropping
charges against him, the tribunal said on Wednesday.

former Yugoslavia has discontinued proceedings against the
editor-in-chief of Podgorica's Dan paper, Dusko Jovanovic, after the
prosecution requested dropping charges against him, the tribunal said
on Wednesday.#L#
The tribunal last year indicted Jovanovic for contempt of court after
his paper in August 2002 revealed the identity of a protected witness
testifying at the trial of former Yugoslav President Slobodan
Milosevic.
Jovanovic's paper published an apology.
