ZAGREB, March 31 (Hina) - Assistant Justice Minister Jaksa Muljacic

crimes tribunal (ICTY), but declined to say the names of the

"A representatives of the ICTY Office in Zagreb handed over to the
justice ministry the copies of the four sealed indictments at 10:00
hrs today (...) and gave us instructions for further conduct
regarding the indictments," Muljacic told reporters in front of the
ministry building.
"All four indictees are acquainted with the contents of the
indictments, and have agreed to turn themselves voluntarily in to the
Hague-based tribunal on Monday," Muljacic said, declining to answer
reporters' questions.
The media have recently speculated that the tribunal's prosecutors
issued indictments against six former political officials of the
so-called Herzeg-Bosna and military commanders of the Croat Defence
Council (HVO). In this context, the press mentioned the names of two
former HVO commanders, generals Slobodan Praljak and Milivoj Petkovic,
who is currently the chief inspector of the Croatian Army, a former
commander of the HVO military police, Valentin Coric, a former defence
minister of Herzeg-Bosna, Bruno Stojic, and a former premier of
Herzeg-Bosna, Jadranko Prlic, while the name of the possible sixth
indictee was not announced.
One of the alleged indictees, Slobodan Praljak, arrived at the justice
ministry shortly after noon on Wednesday and attended a meeting held
by Justice Minister Vesna Skare Ozbolt, Deputy Prime Minister Andrija
Hebrang and Interior Minister Marijan Mlinaric.
