An agreement on the donation was signed by US Ambassador Ralph Frank
and a state secretary at the Interior Ministry, Ivica Buconjic, in
Zagreb on Friday.
Ambassador Frank said the danger of weapons of mass destruction was
real and that Croatia had been participating in the programme since
September 2002 with the aim of training professional staff to prevent
the spreading of weapons of mass destruction.
