MOSTAR, March 12 (Hina) - The partner relations between the Croatian Democratic Union of Bosnia-Herzegovina (HDZ BiH) and the Party of the Democratic Action (SDA) through models in which they have so far existed at levels in

MOSTAR, March 12 (Hina) - The partner relations between the Croatian

Colak accused the (Bosnian Muslim) SDA of failing to abide by a
partnership agreement the two parties signed earlier.
"Evident political differences in the positions on reforms and the
future of Bosnia-Herzegovina and permanent attempts of Bosniaks to be
dominant caused a failure of the talks between the HDZ BiH and the
SDA," Colak told a news conference.
He went on the say that the upshot of such conduct of the SDA was
slower reforms in Bosnia which would make it impossible for the
country to be built as a multiethnic, democratic and decentralised
state with European prospects.
Asked by reporters whether the severance of the partnership with the
SDA implied that the HDZ was advocating plans for the establishment
of the third entity, Colak refuted this possibility saying that his
party was advocating a Bosnia without entities.
Colak believes that processes in Bosnia will take the course of
cantonisation, but it is difficult to envisage how much time the
process will take,
Asked whether the HDZ BiH would now go into the opposition and whether
all of this would lead to early parliamentary elections, Colak said
this was not ruled out and that his party was prepared for early
elections.
