Addressing the Assembly of Republika Srpska in Banja Luka on Thursday,
Prosper said that the Bosnian Serb government had to direct all
resources at apprehending war criminals and that it had to step up
measures to block the movement and funding of war crimes suspects.
Otherwise, the international community will apply economic and
political sanctions against leaders of Republika Srpska who ignore
their duties, he added.
During his visit to Banja Luka, Prosper met Republika Srpska president
Dragan Cavic, whom he told that the apprehension of war crimes
suspects, particularly Karadzic and Mladic, was a priority that the US
administration would not abandon.
