Colonel Ivan Grujic said that the DNA identification of the remains of
nine people killed in a plane crash over Stolac on Thursday, including
Macedonian President Boris Trajkovski, would last several days.#L#
According to previous reports, eight of the nine bodies found in the
plane are completely charred.
Grujic added that Croatian government experts met and talked with
their Bosnian and Macedonian colleagues, who started the
identification procedure yesterday morning.
The Croatian team was invited by the Macedonian government, Grujic
said, adding that this was a sign of recognition of Croatian forensic
experts' quality.
