General Ante Gotovina.#L#
During a meeting with Dubrovnik mayor Dubravka Suica on Friday
evening, Pack said she was confident that the previous government led
by Ivica Racan would have transferred Gotovina to the UN war crimes
tribunal if it could, as well as that the incumbent government would
do the same if it could, and that it would be best for the runaway
general to surrender to the tribunal.
