SARAJEVO, Feb 24 (Hina) - The Bosnian Parliament's House of Representatives on Tuesday adopted a bill on the establishment of the first state intelligence service after the signing of the Dayton Agreement.

first state intelligence service after the signing of the Dayton

High Representative Paddy Ashdown forwarded the bill to parliament
because the Council of Minister failed to reach a consensus on its
final text.
The Intelligence and Security Service of Bosnia-Herzegovina should be
set up by April 1 when the current intelligence services of the
Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina and Republika Serpska should cease to
exist
In line with an agreement of representatives of the ruling national
parties, the first head of the state intelligence service should come
from the ranks of Bosnian Muslims.
