high frequency radio equipment worth 12 million for the Croatian

The Single Channel Ground and Airborne System (SINCGARS) is used in
combat and is manufactured by the ITT Corporation.
The equipment is a key component in efforts to increase the
operability of Croatia's armed forces and adjust them to NATO
standards, read the press release, adding that the equipment was
purchased with funds from the U.S. Foreign Military Financing
Program.
Since Croatia joined NATO's Partnership for Peace programme in 2000,
the U.S. government has secured 19 million to help train Croatian
troops and bring military equipment up to date.
