The authorities in Sweden, where Plavsic is serving her term, said a
few days ago that Plavsic had been transferred to The Hague to
testify.
Plavsic was in The Hague because there were plans for her to appear
before the tribunal. After talking with her, the prosecution abandoned
the plans, one of the reasons being the fact that the prosecution has
only two more days for evidence hearing, Del Ponte said.
She went on to say that Plavsic, a former university professor, could
be summonsed to testify at other trials before the ICTY.
