BANJA LUKA, Jan 16 (Hina) - International diplomats have not urged local Bosnian Serb to facilitate the return of Croats to the same extent to which they urged Croatia's government to enable Serbs to come back, Banja Luka Catholic
Bishop Franjo Komarica was quoted by the local Nezavisne novine as saying.
BANJA LUKA, Jan 16 (Hina) - International diplomats have not urged
local Bosnian Serb to facilitate the return of Croats to the same
extent to which they urged Croatia's government to enable Serbs to
come back, Banja Luka Catholic Bishop Franjo Komarica was quoted by
the local Nezavisne novine as saying.#L#
He also criticised the international community for neglecting Croats
while it had been distributing assistance for the return of refugees
and displaced persons.
Saying that not a cent was proposed for the return of Croats in an
official programme for the return of members of all the three
constituent peoples (Serbs, Croats and Muslims), the dignitary
concluded that the international community had written off Croats in
the Republic of Srpska.
