SARAJEVO, Dec 19 (Hina) - The Chairman of the Bosnia-HerzegovinaCouncil of Ministers, Adnan Terzic, on Monday asked the Croatian PrimeMinister Ivo Sanader to take measures banning the sale of real estatein the southern Adriatic town
of Cavtat to which Bosnia claimed aright to, the Bosnian Council of Minister said in a statement.
SARAJEVO, Dec 19 (Hina) - The Chairman of the Bosnia-Herzegovina
Council of Ministers, Adnan Terzic, on Monday asked the Croatian Prime Minister
Ivo Sanader to take measures banning the sale of real estate in the southern
Adriatic town of Cavtat to which Bosnia claimed a right to, the Bosnian Council
of Minister said in a statement. The real estate is part of the
former Nemanja Vlatkovic children's hospital in Cavtat to which the Clinic of
the Sarajevo University (KCUS) and the State of Bosnia claim a right to.
According to the statement, Terzic sent the request following a
decision of the Croatian Merchant Court to dismiss the KCUS and Bosnia's
request to leave out the real estate in question from the bankruptcy procedure
in the former hospital in Cavtat.
