Speaking with the Slovak ambassador, President Mesic said relations between Slovakia and Croatia were good and friendly, and adjusted at all levels, both bilaterally and multilaterally.
He thanked Slovakia for supporting Croatia in achieving its strategic goals, including integration with European and Atlantic associations, as well as for its readiness to continue supporting Croatia.
Addressing the Slovene ambassador, Mesic said he was glad that both countries were willing to solve outstanding issues and include experts in that process.
He added that Croatia wanted to develop good neighbourly relations with Slovenia.
