ZAGREB, Oct 21 (Hina) - Participants in the EUREKA Forum, held in thethe Czech capital of Prague on Friday, said that the guarantee forcompetitiveness on the world market were innovation processes whichcould be encouraged only through coordinated activities of the entiresociety.
ZAGREB, Oct 21 (Hina) - Participants in the EUREKA Forum, held in the the Czech capital of Prague on Friday, said that the guarantee for competitiveness on the world market were innovation processes which could be encouraged only through coordinated activities of the entire society.

EUREKA is a pan-European network for market-oriented research and development. Prague hosted today's conference because the Czech Republic took over the chair of the network in May this year. EUREKA has 36 members -- 35 European countries and the European Union.

Croatia, which joined the network in June 2001, was represented by national coordinator Gordana Prutki Pecnik at the meeting in Prague.
