"Natural and other disasters are a problem of all countries and cooperation in that field is of great importance and neighbouring countries are the first to help in such circumstances," the director of the Slovene State Protection and Rescue Service, Bojan Zmavc, said. He also said that representatives of Hungary and Slovenia congratulated their Croatian counterparts on the start of Croatia's EU entry talks.
The Hungarian delegation was led by the director of the State Administration for the protection from natural disasters, Attila Tatar, and Croatian by the director of the State Administration for protection and Rescue, Djuro Poldrugac.
