ZAGREB, Oct 17 (Hina) - Members of the Croatian Social Democratic Party(SDP), the chairman of the Parliament's Committee on EuropeanIntegration, Neven Mimica, and a member of the SDP Executive Committeeand representative in the Presidency of the Party of EuropeanSocialists (PES), Zoran Milanovic, are taking part in a two-dayconference of the PES Presidency in Ljubljana.
ZAGREB, Oct 17 (Hina) - Members of the Croatian Social Democratic Party (SDP), the chairman of the Parliament's Committee on European Integration, Neven Mimica, and a member of the SDP Executive Committee and representative in the Presidency of the Party of European Socialists (PES), Zoran Milanovic, are taking part in a two-day conference of the PES Presidency in Ljubljana.

The conference, which started today, is organised as a meeting of members of the PES Group in the European Parliament and Social Democrats from the region.

The conference will discuss the European Union and enlargement plans, how the EU sees the region today, and what countries in the region should do to join the EU.

The SDP is an associate member of the PES.
