The prime minister of the Federation's government, which held a session in the southern city of Mostar on Friday, said the INA-MOL consortium would take over 67 percent of the stocks in the Energopetrol, and invest 150 million convertible marks (about 75 million euros) in the company in the next three years.
PM Ahmed Hadzipasic said the federal government had made this decision after analysing the consortium's offer for seven months.
