Daci was speaking to reporters in Pristina after meeting the ambassadors of 22 European Union countries accredited in Belgrade at the end of their two-day visit to Kosovo.
During their visit, the European diplomats met Kosovo government officials, opposition leaders and representatives of the Serb minority to gain information on the situation in the UN-administered province ahead of talks on the final status of Kosovo.
Daci asked the European diplomats not to obstruct the efforts of the province's ethnic Albanian majority to gain independence for Kosovo. At the same time he promised that Kosovo would not be an obstacle to Serbia on its path to membership of the European Union and NATO.
Daci stressed that the Albanians were always united on strategic issues such as Kosovo's independence.
