The Norwegian delegation was headed by Deputy Foreign Minister Kim Traavik and the Croatian delegation by the foreign ministry state secretary for political issues, Hido Biscevic, who briefed the Norwegian side about Croatia's activities and progress in meeting conditions for European Union membership.
Biscevic also spoke of Croatia's relations with neighbouring countries.
The meeting was used to informally bid farewell to the outgoing Norwegian ambassador to Croatia, Knut Toraasen, and informally welcome his successor, Elisabeth Walaas, who will take office next month, as well as Croatia's new ambassador to Norway, Dobroslav Silobrcic, who will take office later this month.
