The bodies discovered in the grave, which is the 141st mass grave discovered in Croatia so far, are mostly civilians, including three women.
The victims were brought to Okucani in 1991 from the area of Bijele Stijene near Okucani. It is believed that the grave could also contain the bodies of victims from the Bucje concentration camp, said the Minister of Family and War Veterans Affairs and Inter-generational Solidarity, Jadranka Kosor, who visited the exhumation site.
Kosor recalled that another 1,149 Croatian civilians and soldiers were still missing.
This year 52 cases of missing persons were solved, Kosor said.
Exhumation teams today also started unearthing two other individual grave sites near Okucani.
