Belgrade's Vecernje Novosti daily today quoted deputy Ratko Gajica as saying that SDSS deputies would not attend the anniversary of Storm, which in 1995 liberated the parts of Croatia until then occupied by Serb rebels.
Pupovac told Hina every SDSS deputy would decide by themselves whether to attend the central celebration in Knin, saying he had still not decided whether he would go.
He added that all members of parliament had been invited to the event, including the three from the SDSS.
Vecernje Novosti quoted Gajica as saying that the celebration in Knin was organised so that there was no place for Serbs there. "I attended last year, wishing that all victims and all the suffering in Storm be acknowledged. This year I'm not going to Knin, because the preparations are not going towards the acknowledgement of Serb victims."
