Commenting on the Constitutional Court decision, Jovic told the press in Mostar that all relevant conventions on human rights were part of the Bosnian Constitution and that Croats' fundamental human and national rights were in danger.
He was also asked to comment on statements some officials of the Croatian Democratic Union of Bosnia-Herzegovina party made after the Constitutional Court decision, in which they advocated reconsidering the establishment of a third entity in Bosnia.
Jovic said statements on the establishment of a third entity "play in the hands of those who don't like us".
"If the two entities are abolished, what do we need a third one for, and if the two entities remain, why not have a third one," said Jovic.
According to a survey done at the request of Bosnia's state television, 78 per cent of Muslims were against the establishment of national radio and TV channels, while 77 per cent of Croats and 82 per cent of Serbs said that each of the three peoples should have its own radio and TV channel.
