The Igman Initiative, an organisationgathering some 140 nongovernmental organisations from Croatia,Bosnia-Herzegovina and Serbia and Montenegro, condemned most stronglyat a meeting in Belgrade on Monday the murder of several thousandMuslims in the eastern Bosnian enclave of Srebrenica in July 1995 andurged "the harshest punishment for its perpetrators
