Kosumi said that without integration of all countries, Europe would not be whole.
"We must says openly that Kosovo is still not close to the process of European integration. Some countries made great progress in that direction, such as Croatia which will join the Union in three years, while progress in other countries is slower," Kosumi said.
He expressed satisfaction with meetings he held on the margins of the Zagreb forum with top Croatia and Slovene officials.
