ZAGREB, May 31 (Hina) - In the first four months of this year Croatiaexported 15.9 billion kuna in goods to foreign markets which is 4.9percent more in relation to the same period the year before, theCentral Bureau of Statistics
reported on Tuesday.
ZAGREB, May 31 (Hina) - In the first four months of this year
Croatia exported 15.9 billion kuna in goods to foreign markets which is 4.9
percent more in relation to the same period the year before, the Central Bureau
of Statistics reported on Tuesday. Imports in the said period,
however, rose by 7.7 percent reaching 32.85 billion kuna, the Bureau said.
In US dollars, Croatia's exports in this year's first four months rose
by 12.5 percent reachinh 2.78 billion dollars, while imports rose by 15.5
percent to 5.75 billion.
Croatia's foreign trade deficit in the said period amounted to 16.94
billion kuna or 2.96 billion dollars. The coverage of imports with exports
amounted to 48.4 percent, the Bureau said.
