DUBROVNIK, May 29 (Hina) - The 3rd Dubrovnik International Film Festival ended on Sunday with the British film "Frozen", by Juliet McKeon, winning the award for best feature film.

The film "Sve pet" (Straight A's), by Croatian director Dana Budisavljevic, captured the award for best documentary film, while the film "Phaid", directed by Chris Frey of the United States, received the award for best short film.

The audience award went to the Macedonian film "Velika voda" (Big Water) by Ivo Trajkov, while Ryszard Brylski, who directed the film "Zurek" won the best director award.

The Croatian film "Oprosti za kung-fu" (Sorry for Kung Fu), by Ognjen Svilicic, took the best script award.

The five-day festival featured 44 films from around the world. Special guests this year were US actor Christopher Walken, British actress Emily Watson, Hungarian-born British director Peter Medak and British actor John Hurt.
