PODGORICA, April 10 (Hina) - Montenegrin Interior Minister Dragan
Djurovic has denied allegations that retired Serbian general Nebojsa Pavkovic,
indicted by the UN war crimes tribunal in The Hague, is hiding in
Montenegro. "Montenegro's position on cooperation with the Hague
tribunal is precise and clear, meaning that all war crimes indictees found on
its territory will be arrested," he said in Podgorica on Sunday.
"The Montenegrin government is cooperating well with The Hague. During
a recent visit by Chief Prosecutor Carla del Ponte we agreed to establish even
more effective relations, and Montenegro is adhering to that," he added.
