VINKOVCI, April 6 (Hina) - Mate Granic, advisor on foreign affairs
to the Croatian Party of Rights (HSP) leader, said in Vinkovci on Wednesday
that after the upcoming local elections it would not be possible to establish
authorities in 12-15 counties without the HSP. Speaking at a news
conference of the Vinkovci County HSP branch, Granic also said that the HSP was
on the way to become a conservative centre-right party.
The HSP has established ties with all sister parties in Europe and the
European People's Party so that Europe could become acquainted with and
recognise the HSP as a party which can participate in the division of power in
a responsible manner, he said.
