ZAGREB, March 18 (Hina) - The minimum living costs of a
four-member family in Croatia were 2.55 per cent higher in February than in
January, the Independent Trade Unions said at a press conference in Zagreb on
Friday. The February consumer basket was 6,364 kuna, and average
pay, amounting to 4,312 kuna in December, covered 67.75 per cent of minimum
costs, which was 2.38 per cent less than the previous month.
The consumer basket includes costs of food, housing, hygiene, clothing,
public transport and culture.
