It expressed regret at some politicians' negation of those crimes.

(Hina) - The German-Austrian Union, which promotes and
protects the cultural heritage of Germans and Austrians in Croatia, on
Wednesday said that it supported Croatian Interior Minister Tomislav
Karamarko's initiative for more resolute investigations into crimes
committed by the Communists, and added that it would not let crimes
committed against Germans and Austrians in the wake of World War Two
sink into oblivion.
