Intelektualni Kapital magazine which was presented at a meeting of the Croatian Chamber of Economy's Department for the Promotion of Intellectual Capital on Thursday.
ZAGREB, Dec 7 (Hina) - The Intellectual Capital Efficiency index
for the Croatian economy in the first nine months of 2006 was 2.41, meaning
that one invested kuna created 2.41 kuna, according to data from the latest
issue of Intelektualni Kapital magazine which was presented at a meeting of the
Croatian Chamber of Economy's Department for the Promotion of Intellectual
Capital on Thursday. In the first nine months of this year the
Croatian economy experienced such growth in value creation and employee
performance that has not been observed in the last five years since when
analyses of this kind have been conducted, magazine editor Ante Pulic said.
The latest data show that 71,516 firms in the Croatian economic sector
generated 96.69 billion kuna of added value, or 13.3 per cent more than in the
same period of 2005.
