Komarica said that of the total number of people who returned to their prewar homes, only one percent had found jobs, mostly in agriculture. She called on the authorities in Bosnia to invest more efforts in creating new jobs, with health insurance for the returnees, and to solve the problem of education that returnees' children were faced with.
