The agreement also regulates that the new law on civil servants salaries would go into force on 1 July 2007.
Should financial or economic problems occur during the implementation of the agreement, namely should the inflation rate be higher than 4.5 percent or Gross Domestic Product lower than four percent, the signatories to the agreement can request that the document be amended.
