ZAGREB, Nov 9 (Hina) - Croatian President Stjepan Mesic on Thursday received a delegation of the Montenegrin community in Croatia, who presented him with a special award on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of foundation of the
community for promoting human rights, assisting in the organisation of the Montenegrin minority and developing good neighbourly relations between Croatia and Montenegro.
ZAGREB, Nov 9 (Hina) - Croatian President Stjepan Mesic on
Thursday received a delegation of the Montenegrin community in Croatia, who
presented him with a special award on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of
foundation of the community for promoting human rights, assisting in the
organisation of the Montenegrin minority and developing good neighbourly
relations between Croatia and Montenegro. Mesic thanked his guests
for the award and expressed support for the activities of their community,
underscoring the importance of the Montenegrin minority in Croatia and the
Croatian minority in Montenegro in the further development of relations between
the two countries.
The Montenegrin delegation informed the President about the activities
of their community, particularly in publishing, the President's Office said in
a press release.
