B92 reported that the video recording was part of evidence collected by the prosecution of the Hague war crimes tribunal and that it showed events which took place on August 7 and 8, 1995. The TV station said that it would air the entire film "Storm Over Krajina" at 7 pm on August 5.
The recording broadcast today shows war crimes committed by members of the Croatian paramilitary unit "Black Mambas" and the "Hamze" unit of the Army of Bosnia-Herzegovina against Serb soldiers and civilians leaving the Krajina region.
The recording was made with an amateur camera by participants in the events.
It shows the murder of a Serb who had surrendered, sitting on the ground with his hands in the air, the burning of houses of Serb refugees, and the harassment of elderly people in a refugee column intercepted by Croatian soldiers.
