The draft is to be completed, but what remains to be further discussed are provisions regulating the management of real estate which has not been incorporated into the stock capital of companies, but they, nevertheless, use it in their business activities, Polancec told the press.
As soon as it is completed, the draft act will be forwarded to the Croatian Employers' Association (HUP), the Croatian Chamber of Commerce (HGK), the Economic-Social Council and other relevant institutions for a public debate.
Polancec said that the procedure for the conduct in the Public-Private Partnership models would soon be defined. The European Commission has suggested that it is unnecessary to adopt a law regulating this topic but that guidelines should be drawn up for this purpose.
According to Polancec, a draft of the national platform for the restructuring of the Croatian shipbuilding industry is likely to be wrapped up until 15 June.
The consultancy firm, Bayerische Hypovereins Global Shipping, is helping the Croatian Government in this job.
The Ivo Sanader Cabinet has already sent the European Commission a national platform for the rehabilitation and restructuring of the steel industry.
