Stanimirovic said that details of the agreement, including the price in the purchase process, would be made public next week at the Croatian government's session.
He said that on 19 January, an official meeting was held on this topic in the Ministry of the Physical Planning and Construction with Justice Minister Drazen Bosnjakovic attending it.
Stanimirovic said that prewar tenancy rights holders would be enabled to purchase (former socially-owned) flats under the same conditions offered to other Croatian citizens in the mid-1990s.
They will be offered contracts regulating their status as protected tenants and later they will be able to conclude agreements with the state on the purchase or lease of those flats.
