Nicolas Bloembergen of Harvard University, who won the 1981 Nobel Prize in physics, Dudley Herschbach of Harvard University, who won the 1986 Nobel Prize in chemistry, and Klaus von Klitzing of the Max Planck Institute, the winner of the 1985 Nobel Prize in physics, are visiting Croatia at the invitation of the Croatian Deans Association and the Government.
The Nobel Prize winners and their hosts discussed tourism as the most important local economy branch and the reconstruction of historical monuments.
Suica thanked her guests for their support to Croatia during the war and for signing the Declaration for Peace in Croatia.
