The loan is to be paid in 15 year with a five-year grace period and 3.25 percent interest rate, Suker said.
By granting this loan, the World Bank has confirmed its reputation as the strongest financial institution in Croatia which continuously supports Croatia's economic and social development and reforms on the country's path to market economy and the EU, Suker said.
Seth expressed conviction the project would help achieve objectives concerning the adjustment of Croatia's legislation to that of the EU and raising competitiveness of Croatia's agriculture.
Croatian Agriculture Minister Petar Cobankovic said the project would help the rural sector integrate with the EU market, adding that reforms were being implemented so as to raise the competitiveness of Croatia's agriculture.
