On Thursday, Josipovic is due to hold talks with German President Christian Wulff, Chancellor Angela Merkel and Berlin Mayor Klaus Wowereit.
He is also expected to hold a lecture at an event organised by the Robert Bosch foundation and the German foreign affairs society (DGAP) on reconciliation policy and Croatia's accession to the European Union.
On Friday, the Croatian president is travelling to Mainz where he is due to meet Kurt Beck, the Minister President of the German federal state of Rhineland-Palatinate, and attend an economic forum.
